In 2009, following the collapse of The Real Hotel Company, Rise persuaded Hilton to take a look at 3 of the hotels in Birmingham, Braintree and Shrewsbury and in late 2009 a deal was struck with Hilton rebranding the 3 Hotels (240 bedrooms).

With knowledge of the sector we persuaded Hilton to take a look and eventually a deal was struck in late 2009 for Hilton to re-badge the 3 hotels ( 240 bedrooms), now all fully compliant to this excellent upscale limited service hotel. This gave Hilton a springboard to push on and add further Hampton’s in the UK.
