£8m Hotel - Change of Use Site
This site in Exeter, directly opposite St David's station, was acquired unconditionally and 'off market'. Strategically placed in a gateway location of this affluent city, Rise worked in partnership to identify the opportunity and secure a deal with no competitive bidding.

Planning permission for change of use was achieved in May 2008 for a 102-bedroom hotel with demolition and remedial work started November 2008. Hotel opened in March 2011.
