A partnership deal with Osborn Securities, we sourced and acquired this gateway location in Exeter Street, near Sutton Harbour. Our knowledge of the property market and planning processes enabled us to gain consent to create a 245 room hotel as well as other commercial uses. The current owners McAleer & Rushe Group have transformed the site which was completed in 2007.
